so m > F = m < A = 24 degrees, so

2x - y = 24

2x - 48 = 24

2y = 72

y = 36

These two triangles are similar, so the angle ACB = angle FED = 108. That also means that angle ABD = angle FDE = 48 = y. Sum of all three angles in a triangle is 180, so:

108 + y + 2x - y = 180

2x = 72

x = 36

y = 48
