The formula of an area of parallelogram:

A=bh

We have

b=6.3\ in and
A=28\ in^2

Substitute:

6.3h=28 divide both sides by 6.3

h=(28)/(6.3)\\\\h=(280)/(63)\\\\h=4(28)/(63)\\\\h=4(28:7)/(63:7)\\\\h=4(4)/(9)

Answer:
h=4(4)/(9)\ in
