No, because it has a constant rate of charge.

Rate of change of function:
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

\begin{array}{ccc}6\to4\\7\to2\end{array}\Rightarrow(2-4)/(7-6)=(-2)/(1)=-2\\\\\begin{array}{ccc}7\to2\\8\to0\end{array}\Rightarrow(0-2)/(8-7)=(-2)/(1)=-2\\\\\begin{array}{ccc}8\to0\\9\to-2\end{array}\Rightarrow(-2-0)/(9-8)=(-2)/(1)=-2\\\\

No, because it has a constant rate of change

By looking at this table

The y value changes at a constant multiple of 2

6 4

7 2 (4-2 is a difference of 2)

8 0 (2-0 is a difference of 2)

9 -2 (0-2 is a difference of 2)

This means it is Linear
