(–c^2)^3*.15c^4

power to a power in exponents is multiply

(–c^2)^3 = (-c^ 6)

= -c^6

-c^6 *.15 c^4

when multiply exponents add the exponents , multiply the coefficients

(-1*.15)c^(6+4)

=-.15 c^(10)
