6,2n - 3,7n = 85 + 45

2,5n = 130

n = 130/2,5

n = 52

The correct answer is C. 52

We want isolate the n. This is

6,2 n - 3,7 n = 85 + 45

2,5 n = 130 . ( 10 )

25 n = 1300

n = 1300 / 25

n = 52
