There is a number of recommendations one should follow when seeking permission to hunt on private land:
- Make contact at least a week in advance.
- Wear street clothes — no hunting gear or weapons.
-Explain exactly what you would like to do.
-Provide your phone number and address.
-Get the written permission and carry it with you.
-Thank the owner, whether permission is granted or denied.
