The formula of a volume of a cylinder:

V=\pi r^2H

We have r = 3 ft and H = 10.2 ft. Substitute:

V=\pi(3^2)(10.2)=91.8\pi\ ft^3\approx91.8\cdot3.14\approx288.25\ ft^3
