Given : X(1 - 2) + 2[2(3 - 1)]

First Solve the Numbers in Parentheses ( )

⇒ (1 - 2) = -1

⇒ (3 - 1) = 2

⇒ X(-1) + 2[2(2)]

⇒ -X + 2[4]

⇒ -X + 8
