Answer:

y-4=5(x+2)

Explanation:

1. Write the point-slope equation:

y-y_(1)=m(x-x_(1))

2. Name the points given as:

x_(1)=-2

y_(1)=4

m=5

3. Replace the points in the point-slope equation and solve the parenthesis:

y-y_(1)=m(x-x_(1))

y-4=5(x-(-2))

y-4=5(x+2)

y-4=5(x+2)
