slope = -5

given point is (-1/6,1)

Use point slope formula

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

m = -5 , x1 = -1/6 and y1 =1

Plug in all the values in the formula

y - (1) =-5(x - ((-1)/(6)))

y-1 = -5x - ((5)/(6))

Add 1 on boths ides

y=-5x + (1)/(6)

y intercept is the constant value

Here y intercept is 1/6
