Octavia has received an email from a customer asking her a question about a product unfortunately Octavia doesn't know the answer however she has a team meeting in two days time where she might be able to learn the answer to this customer's question what should I pay via do in this situation

What Octavia should do is send a quick reply explaining that she needs more time to consider the question.

She should say to the costumer that what is being asked is complex, then the receiver will likely need more time to answer the question.
