I don’t know how to simplify radical expressions

Here are some examples:-

√8 = √(4*2) Note we picked 4 as a factor because its a perfect square

√(4*2) = √4 *√2

= 2√2


√63 = √(9*7)

= 3√7

FIrst you want to find the largest perfect square. Next, you want to rewrite the radical number then rewrite the radical number idk how to explain it so i will show you an example:

the square root of 8= the square root of four and the square root of two.

Then simplify:

So it would be 8= 2 square root of 2.
