There is more: they neglect the details, they distract you, they can be rude and grumpy or want to lead the wrong leadership of the group. The risk of not confronting them can lead to serious problems, a clear example is the way they share their negativity and spread it to the rest of their peers, this leads them to feel unmotivated and with that the discipline problems begin, you arrive late and even verbal discussions out of tune between colleagues.
