an acrobat was launched toward a water tank, with an upward velocity of 48feet per second. The launch point was 32 feet below the water level in the tank. Use the quadratic équation 0=16t^+48t-32 to find how much time, t, it took for her to reach the water level in the tank.

lets say no friction and the acrobat has enough air in their lungs to be neutrally buoyant and density wont affect them and you dont need the quadratic equation for this just d=t*a and its 0.666666667 just 32/48
