We can calculate the slope m using the gradient formula

m = ( y₂ - y₁ ) / (x₂ - x₁ )

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (2, 2 ) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (2, - 2 )

m =
(-2-2)/(2-2) =
(-4)/(0)

Since division by zero is undefined then the slope is undefined

the line has no slope. doesn't pass vertical line test.
