I'll assume you meant yx^(-3) over 3x^0.

Rewrite this as:

x^3*3*x^0


Note that x^3 * x^0 = x^(3+0) = x^3, so that we are left with

------- is the simplest possible answer

x^3


Note that x^0 = 1

hey, i’d love to help you but there seems to be a typo in your equation because a minus sign (or negative sign) can’t be raised to the power of 3.
