Given points are (-1,-1) and (-3,5).

Now we have to find equation of line in slope intercept form y=mx+b

Let's find slope (m) first using formula :

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(5-\left(-1\right))/(-3-\left(-1\right))=(5+1)/(-3+1)=(6)/(-2)=-3

Now we can plug m=-3 and any point says (-3,5) into formula y=mx+b

5=-3(-3)+b

5=9+b

5-9=b

-4=b

Now plug m=-3 and b=-4 into formula y=mx+b. We get:

y=-3x-4

Hence final answer is y=-3x-4.
