The fromula of a slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have the points
\left((2)/(3),\ (4)/(7)\right) and
\left((2)/(3),\ (11)/(7)\right)

Substitute:

m=((11)/(7)-(4)/(7))/((2)/(3)-(2)/(3))=((7)/(7))/(0)\ !!!!

Answer: slope is undefined.

It's a vertical line:
x=(2)/(3)
