Sales amount of Jason = $1740

Total sales of both the people =
`2330+1740=4070`

The fractional value of Trinity's sales =
`(2330)/(4070)=0.57` or 57%

The fractional value of Jason's sales =
`(1740)/(4070)=0.427` or 43%
