First you gotta find the slope

(20 - 8)/( - 6 - ( - 2)) = (12)/( - 4) = - 3

Then you can put it into point slope form using either of the points

$y - 20 = - 3(x + 6) \\ y - 20 = - 3x - 18 \\ y = - 3x + 2$
