percentage increase =
(increase)/(original price) × 100%

increase = $65 - $50 = $15

percent increase =
(15)/(50) × 100% = 30%

Answer: 30%

Percentage Increase = (Final amount - Initial amount) / Initial amount x 100

(65 - 50)/(50) * 100

(15)/(50) * 100
=30%
