moles of solute/liters of solution= mol/L

M1V1=M2V2

M1=9.0M

M2=3.5M

V2=0.35L

V1=M2V2/M1

(3.5×0.35)/9=0.14L

1L=1000mL

0.14L×1000mL=140mL

You will need 140 mL of 9.0 M H2SO4 to make 350 mL of a 3.5 M solution.
