Glenn has many pathways to help reduce his chance of getting diabetes, however know that it is in his bloodline. Some things Glenn could do is exercise properly such as going to a gym, bike riding, swimming, etc. Glenn could adopt a strict diet in which he eats right such as vegetables, fruits, proteins, and more essential foods. However, if it were someone else that doesn’t have such a high risk of diabetes, they could either eat healthier or stay away from high level food.
