Since given point is (4,4) and slope is 1 (as rise =run) but its going downward as x moves in positive direction

and slope point form of line is given by

y-y1= m(x-x1)

here m = -1 and point (x1,y1) = (4,4)

plugging these value is slope point form of line ,we get

y-4 = -1(x-4)

which gives option B as right answer.
