S' = (-3, 9) since the translation is (-6, 7).

If R translates from 2,1 to -4,8 it goes down by 6 and up by 7 which you would do to the other points.

Coordinates for S' is (3-6),(2+7) So -3,9.

The answer is -3,9. :)
