looking at the graph, the y intercept (or where it crosses the y axis) is -2

the slope = change in y/ change in x

from one point to the next, we go up one, to the right one

(up and right are positive, down and left are negative)

= +1/+1

m =1

slope intercept form of a line

y = mx+b

m is the slope, b is the y intercept

y = 1x -2

y = x-2

Answer: y = x-2
