Greetings!

First thing when dealing with functions is to do f(x) = f(0), so simply change all x values to 0:

f(0) = (
(-1)/(2) x 0) + 3 , which means that 3 is the y- intercept coordinate when x is 0.

Which means that the line passes through point 0,3.

Now replace all the x values with another number such as 4:

f(4) = (
(-1)/(2) x 4) + 3

Which simplifies to 1,

So this means that the line passes through (4 , 1)

With these two coordinates you can draw the line!

Hope this helps!
