Area = 1/2bh (base · height)

5 · 15 = 75

75 · 0.50 or 75/2 = 37.50

Area = 37.50

Hope this helps!

Answer:

Area is 37.5 square units.

Explanation:

We know that,

\text{Area of a triangle}= (1)/(2)* \text{Base}* \text{height}

Here,

Base = 5 units,

Height = 15 units,

So, the area of the given triangle is,

A=(1)/(2)* 5* 15

=(75)/(2)

=37.5\text{ square unit}
