There are three aspects to being healthy; physically, emotionally, and socially. Every single one is interconnected to the other.

For example:

If you are not physically healthy, you are more likely to be depressed, and that can impair your ability to make friends.

It is important to keep all three aspects healthy to be fully healthy!
