Greetings!
1) If 7g = 315, then to get 1g you simply divide both sides by 7:
7 ÷ 7 = 1
315 ÷ 7 = 45
So g = 45
2) If you divide 87 by h you get 4, you can simply reverse this and divide 87 by 3:
87 ÷ 3 = 29, so h is 29.
