The correct answer is B. In situ leaching

Step-by-step explanation:

In situ leaching refires to a method of extraction of certain materials including uranium and copper mainly through holes drilled in the earth that are directly placed into the deposit of the material being extracted and the use of substances that dissolved the material for its extraction as in most cases the material is in solid-state. Different to other methods of extraction such as open mining, hydraulic fracturing or deep excavation, the disruption of the soil in "in situ leaching" in minimal because in most cases it only requires drilling specific holes rather than excavating in all the soil or breaking the soil. Considering this, the best process that Tom's company should be used for extraction uranium with minimal ground disruption is in situ leaching.
