I don't think I would. You would get money from it, but if you don't get benefits, like you do with many jobs, I would take it.

Both salary and benefits are two things to consider when deciding whether to accept a particular job. Neither one should necessarily hold precedence in all cases. Instead, the answer most likely depends on your personal situation and preference. Therefore, I would potentially take a job with a high salary and few benefits, depending on my situation.

A job with a high salary and few benefits has some advantages. For example, you might not want to take advantage of most benefits offered at other companies. Moreover, having a high salary would allow you to purchase or hire many of the benefits offered by yourself. On the other hand, these services might be more expensive than if you had used them as part of a company package. Moreover, you have the added problem of having to organize them yourself.

On the other hand, a job with a low salary and many benefits has some advantages too. Often, the benefits included more than compensate for the loss in salary. Moreover, these benefits are often some of the most expensive things that people need, such as healthcare. Benefits can also make a worker feel valued or appreciated. However, a downside to this situation would be the fact that the loss of money might make it unable for you to spend money on other matters.
