The answer is; absolute zero

Absolute zero is the lowest theoretical levels of temperatures that can be achieved in a system in thermodynamics. Theoretically also, an ideal gas at these temperatures has zero entropy and enthalpy (meaning that its molecules have negligible vibrational motion).
