the slope of the line is four because you need to find 2 point that are on the line so i chose (0,4) and (-2,-4) then performing the subtraction y-y then divided by x-x i got -8/-2 which simplifies to positive 4

Answer: 4

Explanation:

To get the slope we need two points that the lines passes through (-1,0) and (0,4)

we then calculate using the slope formula:

Slope = rise/run

= (4-0)/0- -1)

= 4/1

= 4

therefore, the slope of the line is 4
