Explanation: First of all we need to acknowledge the fact that LANGUAGES are the form of how a population and all their habitants express and communicate with other.

But as every existing thing, there are variants. Expressions that only a determinate population that speaks a determinate language can understand. We call these IDIOMS/COLOQUIAL EXPERESSIONS.
