The sum of all interior angles of a quadrilateral will always be 360 degrees, so you can add up all the angles in the diagram, make it equal to 360 and solve.

4x + 3x + x + 2x = 360

10x = 360

x = 36

Now we substitute all the x(s) in the diagram with 36, since x is 36

x = 36

4x = 4(36) = 144

3x = 3(36) = 108

2x = 2(36) = 72
