It's asking me to write the inequality for the following graph but I'm confused, I don't know what the inequality it.

Please help ASAP.

you would have to look at the shaded area of the graph and the actual line

1st since the line is not solid we know this must be either < or >.

2nd now you can look at the shading, the line is shaded down so it must be less than

3rd find the x and y intercepts which are 1,0 and 0,3

4th find the slope in this case it is 3

5th now put it into slope intercept-form y=mx+b so it would be y<3x+3

The line that we see in the equation is y=-3x+3

Now look at the graph, is the shaded part less than or greater than the line? We can see that the shaded part is behind the line, which means that it is less than. So now we have to make an inequality to match the graph. To do that, take away the "y=" part of the equation and replace it with "y<". You are left with the equation y<-3x+3.
