D.
In A, you're adding 5 each time
In B, you're adding 4 each time
In C, you're adding 3 each time.
But, in D, you're adding 1, then 2, then 4, then 8. it's not constant

Answer is D.

As we can observe, in column y
3,4,6,10,18

4-3 = 1
6-4 = 2
10-6 = 4
18-10 = 8
