I'll do the second one.

By subtracting the adjacent player counts, you see there is a steady increase of 14 players each hour. 14 is your slope. 56 is your starting value, and this is where the line start at the y axis, so that's your intercept.

The equation will be:

y = 14x + 56

The first one is

Y=6/5x+2

Because the Y-intercept is 2 and the slope is 6/5
