A normal distribution has a mean of 44 and a standard deviation of 8,

We need to find z-score when x=50

To find z-score we use formula

z=(x-mean)/(standard deviation)

mean = 44

standard deviation = 8 and x= 50

z=(50-44)/(8)

z=(6)/(8)

z=(3)/(4)=0.75

the z-score for a value of 50 is 0.75
