Answer by Mimiwhatsup:
\mathrm{Apply\:Perfect\:Square\:Formula}:\quad \left(a+b\right)^2=a^2+2ab+b^2\\a=x,\:\:b=3\\=x^2+2x\cdot \:3+3^2\\\mathrm{Simplify}\:x^2+2x\cdot \:3+3^2:\quad x^2+6x+9\\=x^2+6x+9

Answer: x^2 + 6x + 9
