The vertex of the parabola
y=ax^2+bx+c has coordinates

x_v=-(b)/(2a)

and

y_v=ax_v^2+bx_v+c.

In your case, for the parabola
y=x^2-4x+6 the vertex has coordinates

x_v=-(-4)/(2\cdot1)=2

and

y_v=2^2-4\cdot 2+6=4-8+6=2.

Therefore, point (2,2) is the vertex of the parabola.

Answer: correct choice is B
