Im not sure how to do this but I think it’s something like this....
1. Y=X+4
2. Y=X-15

y-intercept=1

2. slope= -3

y-intercept=5

3. slope= -4

y-intercept= 1

4. slope= 5/6

y-intercept= -3

5. slope=-3

y-intercept= -7

6. slope= 1/5

y-intercept= 2
