I HATE PROBABILITY i never got the hang of it the question is 'if the probability of rain is 0.63 what is the probability of no rain'

So, you're looking for the probability, or percentage of "no rain". First, look at the probability that it will rain: 0.63 means 63%. So, subtract 63 from 100.

100 - 63 = 37

Therefore, the probability that there will be no rain is 0.37, or 37%.
