Kelly could buy 4 people the chicken salad, and two people the egg salad. The reason for this is that 4 x $5= $20 and 2 x $4= $8. So, when you add together the total price: $20+$8= $28; which is the exact amount of money she is willing to spend. This answer also fulfils the fact that more coworkers want chicken salad.
