  1. In the first cartoon, the right that is being violated is the right to an attorney to all persons who are being submitted to a criminal prosecution. This is mentioned in the 6th Amendment to the US Constitution. The judge is highlighting the fact that the prosecuted was able to escalate his case up to the Supreme Court without any legal advice.
  2. In the second cartoon, the right that the people submitting that petition to Congress think is being violated is the right to privacy. This secures people and their belongings against any unreasonable searches. This is mentioned in the 4th amendment to the US Constitution.
  3. The right that is being violated in the third cartoon is a person's right to vote. This is mentioned in the 24th amendment to the US Constitution. The sign in the voting room is trying to discourage voters to execute their right to vote by questioning their ability to read.
