Answer

Find out the how many roses does she buy .

To prove

Let us assume that the number of flowers Carmen buys be x.

As given

Carmen buys 4 daisies and some roses to make a flower arrangement.

The\ number\ of\ daisies\ is\ (1)/(3) of\ the\ number\ of\ roses\ that\ carmen\ buys.

Than the equation becomes

4 = (x* 1)/(3)

4 × 3 = x

12 = x

Therefore the Carmen buys number of roses be 12 .
