Kim wrote a number with 3 more ones and 7 less tenths.

  • Yoshi wrote 0 ones, then Kim wrote 0 + 3 = 3 ones;
  • Yoshi wrote 9 tenths, then Kim wrote 9 - 7 = 2 tenths.
