ok, hi by the way so what you would do is the distribution property. so first your gonna find out what to distribute..

4-(2x-3)=3(x+1) -----> distribute the negative sign from the left side and then the 3 from the right one

4-2x+3=3x+3 -------> now your going to combine like terms on each side (the x's and the whole numbers)

7-2x=3x+3 -------> so now you want to get rid of the x on the right side by doing its opposite, so in this case you want to subtract. and remember whatever you do on one side you MUST do to the other..

7-6x=3 ------> in this one your gonna want to get rid of that 7 so the -6x is by itself on the left. so you would do its opposite as well. so in this case subtraction. and REMEMBER, you have to do the same thing to the 3 on the right. so subtract 7 from that too.

-6x=-4 -----> so now we need to get the x by itself..so we are going to divide the -6 from both sides.

x=0.66 repeating is your answer!

I hope you understand..message me if you dont and I'll try to help you more
