first multiply out the bracket -21e + 14f -28

then add that back to the expression with +6e - 2

new expression: -21e + 14f -28 +6e - 2

now you can simplify it.

-15e + 14f - 30

-7 (3e-2f+4)+6e-2= -21e +14f -28 +6e -2= -15e +14f -30
